Spawn points

How do I create a new spawn point on a piece of land that is not mine.

You have two options:
Build a storage cart. Wait a bit to load the cart with goods. Move it to an other tile and build a span flag.
or
Develop the coinage. Move a unit to an other tile and build a spawn flag.
It's also explained in the tutorial levle.

Its also a nice feature that you can capture spawn flags now.

You can! Just kill all enemy units on a field and all buildings are yours.
