Grinding for three swords

Hello Templar,
i have now finished the campain and now I am trying to get 100% (three swords everywhere), but I just re-finished stage 2 and 3 with 0 and 2 units lost, yet it still only shows that I have two swords. Unless you changed the way the sword system works, it would be nice if you could fix this bug.
PS: I really really love your game, you may not have a big comunity, but from what I have read, everyone really enjoys your game, dont let anyone ever tell you its bad
